ARC SPRAY FACILITIES

The control consul supplies metallizing wire to the spray nozzle in two operating modes: pneumatic and electric powered. When using the spray gun in the first mode, the wire is pulled into the nozzle by hand to atomize it. In contrast, the Arc Spray Gun (DC Drive) in the second mode pulls the wire into the spray system by means of an electric motor.

Because it is lightweight, the Arc Spray Gun (Air Drive) is advised for manual operation when using a lathe tool post or robot to operate the spray gun.

A high velocity air facility is integrated into the control panel to boost the particle velocity for improved deposition efficiency, bond strength, and fine spray. The system is fully movable and is attached on trolley wheels for ease of mobility according to the needs of operation.

Features:
  • With merely a selection switch, the system may switch between a spray gun operated by an electric motor and one driven by a pneumatic motor.

  • When necessary, repair and maintenance are made easier by the tiltable control panel that comes with the built-in power source.

  • There are no complicated electronic circuits in the diode-based system. Robust design is ideal for ongoing industrial tasks.

  • The Control Console of 600Amp can be removed and moved independently of the Power Source.

  • The system comes with capacities of 250, 400, and 600 amps.
