Describe the geometry beyond diameter

Provide the minimum internal diameter, depth, steps, blind ends and openings. Include a drawing with the area to be coated highlighted. The extension must reach and orient correctly, while maintaining the conditions required by the approved spray procedure.

Plan preparation and verification

Access for the spray head is only one requirement. The surface must also be cleaned, prepared and inspected. Consider how masking, dust removal and any final machining will be completed inside the component. A surface that can be reached by a nozzle may still be difficult to verify adequately.
